When I was just five years old, I stood beside my grandmother’s small table, helping her sell little things in the hot afternoon sun. Every time I sold something, she would smile, hand me a bonus coin, and say, “You’re good at this. You pay attention.”
I didn’t know it then, but that was the beginning of my life as a manager of many things: people, tasks, time, details, and dreams.
Even as a child, I saved every coin. I planned. I organized. I created little systems in my mind.
That habit followed me into adulthood — quietly shaping the woman I would become.
Before becoming a virtual assistant, I worked as a school teacher, supporting children with reading difficulties.
And if you’ve ever managed children — especially those who learn differently — you’ll know it requires:
I didn’t just teach them.
I organized their minds, created predictable routines, and celebrated their smallest wins.
Parents trusted me because I saw their children clearly, strengths, struggles, patterns, progress.
I brought out the best in them.
And today, I bring that same heart, attentiveness, and structure to the founders and online business owners I support.
I’m a mom of two beautiful boys, part of a family of four, and managing home life taught me one thing:
Structure is survival.
Consistency is peace.
Organization is love.
I didn’t learn productivity from a book — I lived it.
I navigated deadlines with toddlers on my lap.
I planned meals, schedules, and schoolwork with the same clarity I now bring to project management and operations for businesses.
So when I support you, I’m not just giving you tasks or templates.
I’m giving you lived experience, compassion, efficiency, and a genuine desire to see you win.
I know what it means to build from almost nothing.
I know what it feels like to stretch money, tools, and energy.
And I understand what it means to dream big while working with limited resources.
My core value is win-win.
I want every founder I support to feel understood, encouraged, and empowered.
If you are:
• a founder building on a budget
• an online business owner juggling too many tasks
• a creator trying to organize your ideas
• a small team trying to grow with intention
You are in the right place.
This is where I show up to support your vision.
Proactive:
I don’t wait to be told twice. I anticipate needs, observe patterns, and manage up.
If something is time-sensitive, urgent, or high-priority, I move fast.
Detail-oriented:
The small things matter.
The formatting, the deadlines, the follow-ups, the consistency, I catch what others miss.
Organized:
Whether it’s inboxes, workflows, digital workspaces, or team management…
Order is my love language.
Supportive:
My goal is to lighten the load from your shoulders and give you breathing room.
You don’t have to build alone.
Emotionally intelligent:
I understand founders.
The overwhelm, the passion, the late-night thinking, the uncertainty.
You want someone who “gets it.”
That someone is me.
Thank you for taking the time to read my story.
